Do you buy Shared Ownerhip properties?
No, we are unable to buy Shared Ownership properties
If my home is listed with an Estate Agent, can I still sell to Offerise?
Yes you can. Depending on the type and length of the agreement you have with the Estate Agent, it’s usually to good idea to cancel your Estate Agent agreement before we proceed to Exchange of Contracts. Call us and we can guide you through the process.
How quickly will I get an offer?
We are usually able to provide an indicative offer within 1 working day after a virtual walkthrough (on Whatsapp, Facetime, GoogleMeet etc) or an initial visit.
How long does the whole selling process take?
With Offerise, you have the flexibility to choose your completion and move date. We can exchange contracts in as little as 7 working days, but we work completely to your timeline. Normally our customers choose to move within 6 – 8 weeks.
How quickly will I get the funds from my property sale?
The funds from your property sale arrive in your bank account on the day of completion. After contracts have been exchanged (which can be as quick as 7 days), you can choose whenever you want to complete your move.
How quickly do I have to move out after completion?
You have the option to access your property for up to 10 days after completion, so that you can move everything without any rush.
Do you provide help with moving?
Yes, we arrange for a professional moving company to move your furniture, boxes etc within 50 miles, all free for you! (T&Cs apply)
